Hi.  Sorry, --server and --connect doesn't work together right now,
there is no code to call listen() and so on in the gsasl binary.  There
should probably be an error message clarifying the situation.

In case it helps, for testing GNU SASL in server mode, I use the GNU
MailUtils imapd server.

Patches to make gsasl --server work over the network are very welcome!
