Dear Colleague.
I learn to install GNU products and the gsl is one of my first intents.
Followind the README file, I used
        tar -xf gsl-1.5
        cd gsl-1.5
        ./configure
        make
        make check > log 2>&1
it says,
        Ambiguous output redirect.
Is it expected response?
Also, I tried to compile the only example I found, GNU/gsl-1.5/test/results.c
it says:
/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-redhat-linux/3.2.2/../../../crt1.o(.text+0x18): In 
function `_start':
./sysdeps/i386/elf/start.S:77: undefined reference to `main'
/tmp/ccC8vzir.o(.text+0xcb): In function `gsl_test_rel':
: undefined reference to `gsl_isnan'

(and many other undefined references.)
What do I wrong?
