I'm not an expert on wavelets but I believe this is true, yes. The
details will depend on the type of wavelet though.

If you put basis vectors like (0,0,1,0,0,0,0,0) into the coefficients
at that level of you can transform back to see the input weightings,
which will depend on the type of wavelet.
