help GSL bivaraite gaussian

Hello,

in the documentation of the latest GSL I found that it is possible to 
evalaute the bivariate gaussian pdf with GSL.

Is there an easy way to evaluate the bivariate-gaussian cdf at (x,y) for 
given mean vector end covariance matrix?
