Wrong once more. One reboot later, it happens again:

~: guix pull
(...)
Migrating profile generations to '/var/guix/profiles/per-user/thorwil'...
guix pull: error: symlink: File exists: 
"/var/guix/profiles/per-user/thorwil/current-guix-3-link"


So I haven't got the slightest clue what got it back to working the last 
time.
