Help with Go package

Hello Guix!

Building `bitmask-vpn` fails with '0xacab.org/leap/shapeshifter' not 
found, despite having `go-0xacab-org-leap-shapeshifter` as 
propagated-inputs.

When I retried with --keep-failed and checked the build-dir, 
'0xacab.org/leap/shapeshifter' was not available under /src.

The patches are available at #48729 
(https://issues.guix.gnu.org/issue/48729).

Thoughts?
