It seems like you didn't close your single quote in "E='SUDO_EDITOR"
Very strange. The line it was generated from is
alias E="SUDO_EDITOR=\"emacsclient -t -a emacs\" sudoedit"
(You can see in the copy of .bashrc provided.)
