I have some more info, after more mucking about.

Although it says it detects eth0 on startup, and 'devprobe eth0' returns
'eth0', ping *sometimes* will return that eth0 is an invalid device.  'ps
axu | grep pf' *will* return the pfinet server running.

Other times, it just hangs fullstop.

Argh, argh, argh, argh.

Back to trying ;)
