 Bah, wrong solution.  Also, BCCing the mailing list is bad, I have had
filters at times that throw away messages I'm not expecting so this
would have been thrown away.

 The first thing to do is to get the entire command line for each
module.  Try copy/pasting the lines from the installation guide on the
web as opposed to from the pdf or ps file which cut off these lines.
