If you are just translating the guide, then you shouldn't be adding
new content to your translation unless you plan on "porting" it back
into the offical one.
As for a translator with dynamic contens, something like a fortune
translator would be a nice idea. But you'd need to write it of
course...
Another example of such a translator could be /dev/random...
