Put it simple: If it's just a program merely runs under GNU Operating System, then no problem.If it's a Hurd server which uses the Libraries shipped with Hurd, then yes. BUT, if your problem isn't _supposed_ to be released in any form, then you don't have to "provide the source code" to anyone _at all_.
