I believe this is expected if you just boot Mach itself. Try booting
the Hurd instead.

Indeed it sounds like the kernel boots up fine and then panics because
it doesn't know what to do. Please try again with a complete GRUB entry.

About machine: It is real and old, realy old:

Type: Desktop Computer Mainboard: i815E-ITE8870 CPU: Coppermine
Memory: 256MiB

I have same chipset and CPU, works fine here.

You are right.

Excuse me, all my previous messages is happen because of unpropper
installation of my Hurd system. Since I completly reinstall everything
as it is suggested in Cook-Book, everything work fine for now and I able
to operate in Bash command line. I think next time I would do
installation exactly By-the-Book right from start. Hurd developers
already done a good job, because Hurd is installable and workable system
right now. Sorry for stealing your attention.

Best wishes,
A.Salatov.
