kip.h file not found

Sorry not very sure whether this is the right place to ask. I apologize if this 
is the wrong place to ask question related to viengoos. 

I try to build viengoos by following the instruction at 
http://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/microkernel/viengoos/building.html. However, 
it fails due to file not found error. 

config.status: error: ../libl4/false/l4/abi/kip.h: file not found


When using `find ../ -name kip.h` only the following kip.h files exist, but not 
in the `false' directory. Seems no one encounter the similar problem after 
searching on the internet. 

It looks like only a header file missed. My hardware is HP 6910p.Is it likely 
due to my hardware is too new?  How can I solve this problem?
