Thank you! I succeeded in starting up X.Org.
I also setted the keyboard with the sudo dpkg-reconfigure command,
but it still works as an English keyboard.

Like mostly all administration commands, you need to run it as root.

In my case "echo $TERM" prints "mach-gnu-color" and the "cons" directory
does not exist.
So it's not running. See above in the guide for enabling it.
