idn (GNU Libidn) 1.19 command-line processing error

Known affected version: 1.19

The --no-tld option is not honoured when using the --idna-to-unicode / -u 
option, confliccting with the man page:
$ LC_ALL=en_US.utf8 idn --quiet --no-tld --idna-to-unicode www.xn--1-50-9ea.no
idn: tld_check_4z (position 4): Code points prohibited by top-level domain

$ LC_ALL=en_US.utf8 idn --quiet --no-tld --idna-to-unicode www.xn--1-50-9ea.com
www.£1-50.com

$ idn -V
idn (GNU Libidn) 1.19
