I am a member of the French translation team [0], and also try
to update obsolete features in web pages to make future style
improvement easier. The home page of the IDN Library [1] has the old
kind of translation list at the bottom of the page, and a wrong address
in the footer (address@hidden); I propose to upgrade the page to the
latest boilerplate [2], and to list address@hidden for comments on
web pages. This would give the opportunity to do minor adjustments:

- replace the huge h2's within the page with h3's (the templated pages
use h2 for main headers);
- replace "name" attributes with "id";
- place the validator icon in the footer, where there is empty space,
and make it unprintable;
- highlight the code blocks with a light-gray background ("emph-box" class).

A diff is attached.

Best regards,
