libidn2 "make check" punycode test FAILS IMMEDIATELY after clone! (No editing of source) |

The “punycode” test failed on the final item ($1.00) which is the only one that
is plain ASCII.
Is this a result of an error with my clone or evidence of an actual bug? I
cloned the source after discovering the same problem with the latest release
download, to see if it was fixed.
My intention is to port the punycode functionality to a cross platform BASIC
dialect so I need to verify that it is correctly functional first.
