Make on a NT-node

Dear,
 
Is there an easy installation manual for make on a NT-node?
I already downloaded the make-3.77.tar.gz file and added him to the winzip.
We have to use the version 3.77 or higher excluding version 3.79 for an
installation of Oracle Applications 11i.
I read the file Readme.w32 file, but the installation won`t work.
