I have the following Makefile:
--------------
.PHONY: printstring
all: tg1 tg2
printstring:
address@hidden "TEST"
tg1: printstring
address@hidden 1
tg2: printstring
address@hidden 2
-------------
executing it gives
TEST
1
2
instead of
TEST
1
TEST
2
GNU make 3.80
Seems that "printstring", despite being phony, after the first use is
considered up-to-date.
Is this the expected behaviour?
