No, it was a uuencoded ASCII file, and I couldn't decode it.  Have you
considered trying a different email client?  Maybe Mozilla Thunderbird
or something?

I have the same problem with this.  Here is what your mail client sent
to me (without the quoting prefix of course).  As far as I can determine
this is a uuencoded file, but uudecode gives a zero-length file.
