[Help-smalltalk] smalltalk-1.95.3 compile bugs

In subdirectory i18n, under Solaris, the shell scripts have defective
first lines:
        #! -f
instead of
        #!/bin/csh -f

Under FreeBSD, these shell scripts are not built at all; instead, the Makefile
tries to use ./tables, which doesn't exist.
