Perhaps I misunderstand... You're saying that the "packages" file will
be found in the specified image directory except in the case where
there's also a gst.im in the current working directory?
If so, that doesn't seem to be the case either... I tried again,
making sure there was no gst.im in the current directory, and got the
same results.
FYI, I'm running 1.95.7 and I've modified it to install in
/usr/share/gnu-smalltalk rather than the default. Everything else
about my install should be standard.
