In gst 2.0.3 on i386 debian, tcl doesn't seem to be automatically
detected.
In GST_HAVE_TCLTK the auto detection runs echo 'puts $tcl_library' |
tclsh, which prints /usr/lib/tcl8.3 and that's where tclConfig.sh
lives, but there's a "sed" which strips the last component, down to
/usr/lib, where there isn't a tclConfig.sh.
Is there a particular reason for that sed? I wondered if $tcl_library
was something different in the past, but 8.0 on debian is the same as
8.3, ie. it prints /usr/lib/tcl8.0.
