Thanks to all who answered. I asked:

The solution from Carey Evans and MSA goes as follows:

saved := Transcript message.
sink := WriteStream with: String new.
Transcript message: sink -> #nextPutAll:.
PackageLoader fileInPackage: 'I18N'.
Transcript message: saved.
