[Help-smalltalk] Directory permissions for Linux on 2.95a

Hi,

After going mad trying to figure out why gst would work in its own build
directory but not when installed, I found that $prefix/lib/smalltalk and
$prefix/share/smalltalk have restrictive permissions (654 I think).

I will check it's not my fiddling first though.
