you're right about that! :-)

however it should be

*ChangeLog) source-highlight --src-lang=changelog -f esc -i $1
;;

otherwise it would catch only ChangeLog in the current directory...

in the meantime I'm working on the new version of source-highlight, and 
I'll try to integrate your change in the new version.
