Yes. The path to which it was installed is "C:\Programme\GNU\TexInfo 4.6\info\dir". The contents of ""C:\Programme\GNU\TexInfo 4.6\info\" is as follows:

I also tried to move these files into the "bin" folder or to move the whole "info" folder into the "bin" folder, but info.exe still could not find 'dir'.
I also looked for a configuration file specifying the path to 'dir', but could not find any.
