Sorry for the incomplete example.  Try this near the beginning of the
source file:

@tex
\globaldefs=1
\def\baselinefactor{1.5}
\setleading{\textleading}
@end tex

However, this doesn't change the space between the paragraphs.  That
would require yet more tweaking.  Why do you need this again :)?
