I recommend improving the structure of the documentation by first explaining 
what needs to be done now, followed by how it was done previously. This 
approach 
makes the documentation easier to follow.

Adding this structure also offers another key advantage: users can choose 
the level of detail they want. The main steps for the current method appear 
first, with more in-depth explanations available later as needed. This allows 
users to quickly find essential instructions and dive deeper only if they wish.
