gnumach patches

Hi,

I have three pending patches for gnumach in the Debian package:
terminal color support (from me)
keyboard enqueue (fixes left/right alt problem) from Kalle, very small
CD-ROM release when no senders are there (not so trivial)

I would like to check in at least the terminal related changes.  For the CD
ROM patch we would need a copyright assignment. As oskit-mach already does
it right, we can just keep this as a Debian specific patch.

However, I can deal with it on the Debian level if you don't want the
patches to go in.
