I have the mach_i386.defs file, but the oskit-mach Makefiles don't
seem to produce the .h file. Is this expected behaviour?
I tried just running it through mig, but then I'm getting other
errors, so I want to make sure I'm producing this file right before I
dig too deep into solving problems.
