Howdy --
Not much evidence to go on, but here's a guess.
Somebody - either you or your co-worker - is sticky-tagged.
Or you both are, but different tags... Or different branches.
Something like that.
Basically, you're updating to a tag or branch where these new files
do not actually exist.
Just a guess, like I said.
