For the record, is there an 'official' list address to report these problems
to?

In case it helps diagnose the list software, I'm having both problems- I
don't see any messages for a day or two (or just 1-2 messages per day), and
then I'm flooded with duplicate list messages. Generally I get messages a
few at a time every few minutes, seems to be about 5 copies per message for
me as well, but not all the dupes come at once. So it's abc abc abc abc abc
rather than aaaaa bbbbb ccccc. Like a mail queue's stuck somewhere.
