Integration of CVS with VC++ IDE

Hello folks,

I am working on Integration of CVS with VC++ IDE.
While Integrating in SccRunScc method I want to show a dialog box. 
I am getting HWND parameter. I have used DialogBox method of Win32SDK 
my DialogBox is not coming up.. But MessageBoxes are coming up..
If any body worked on this , any clue..
