Re: Cederqvist manual in downloadable html form?

I have a request for a small change to the docs.  On the first page, please put 
the
version it applies to.

I found the line stating this applies to 1.11 in between the TOC and Chapter 1, 
but
it would be very handy to have a line at the top, and maybe in the file name.
There are so many copies of this floating around the net, it's been very hard to
distinguish which version is for which code version.
