cvsweb on NT

What do I need to change in the cvsweb script to make it work on Windows NT?
I already found that the PATH separator is a colon which I would have to
change to a semicolon, and I assume there are various changes of slashes to
backslashes.  Has anyone done this successfully?
Also, I see that the script depends on rlog, which I can't get to read
anything in my CVS repository; it just gives me messages that it doesn't
find any directories named RCS (which is not surprising.)  Any advice?
