Hi Folks I have just started to use CVS. I have managed to set up a CVS repository on a machine and connect to it via my notebook which is all good and well when I am on the LAN. What I want to be able to do is to somehow make a copy of the repository on my notebook and work on this copy when I am not on the LAN. I want to be able to do things like cvs commit etc What I have found is that when I do this when not on the LAN cvs waits for ages and ages and says it cannot connect to the main repository. Is there any way that I can store these changes up on my local machine in cvs and then when I get back to the LAN update the main CVS repository? If I can indeed do this can someone please tell me how to go about it. Cheers Antony
