CVSROOT/cvswrapper has no affect on existing files; if you want the
existing files to be binary, you'll have to use cvs admin to do that.
And be aware that they might already have been corrupted since they
weren't marked as binary. As long as they were created and modified
only on Unix-like systems, they should be OK.
