revision tree for a file

Is there a CVS command or an add on utility that shows a file's
revision tree? Right now, when I want this, I use WinCVS, but I would
prefer either a command line version and/or an emacs command.

For emacs, a nifty utility would take the form of an outline with
expand-able nodes being branches and leaf nodes being file revisions.
Being able bring a revision into a buffer by clicking on the revision
or something similar would be very useful as well.

Thanks

Chuck
