No, it doesn't. But you can easily use file system ACLs to do what you want if
your file system supports them (man setfacl for more info).

Does anyone knows if there is a CVS mechanism to implement an ACLs permission
levels.
I want to be able to limit the read/write access for a directory to a specific
user, such as ACLs does.
