Well, if by "access" Paulo ment also read access, then limiting
read permissions at the filesystem level will cause loads of
warnings for all users trying to perform commit even if they
are doing allowed commit, since CVS performs find operation
into whole repository with effective user id. Operation will
be sucessfull, but the "find" messages are annoying. Possibly there
also are other side-effects.
