1.11.1 and 1.11.1p1 VC++ projects are missing ZLIB

Hi,

I just downloaded the 1.11.1 and 1.11.1p1 source code tar files.  I can't
build either of them because apparently they are missing the zlib .DSP
project file.  Did someone goof?
