Perhaps we can request submittors rename it to .txt or something
which won't be automatically executed if it is clicked or selected.
Windows makes the situation worse because by default it supresses
the file extension from the displayed name. So many people will
see the recently sent file as "homepage.HTML" instead of
"homepage.HTML.vbs"
