   protocol    = tcp
   wait        = no
   user        = root
   passenv     = PATH
   server      = /usr/local/bin/cvs
   server_args = -f --allow-root=/usr/cvsroot pserver
}

Make sure that "server" has the correct path to CVS on your system and
that the "--allow-root=" option in "server_args" has the correct path to
your repository.  If you still have problems, see:
