Yesterday, I had a problem in that a coworker had a file in cygwin
that had been edited with something that left it with Windows
line endings, and CVS checked it into the main repository (on a Unix
machine) with Windows line endings.  Should I encourage developers
to continue to use CVS on Cygwin, or should I push them to use WinCVS?
Cygwin acted as if it were in the twilight zone between Windows and
Unix in this case.
