loginfo problem

Hi guys,

I'm trying to set up teh loginfo file so that it sends a mail 
anytime a file is committed.

The cvs server runs on Linux and the client is WinCvs

If a put a command like:

ALL mail -s "testE" myemail

WinCVS says some nonsense about not being able to create the process.

Naturally If I commit on the unix machine itself everything goes
smoothly...


Any idea of what is going on??

BTW I cannot get watches to work either....
