I sure does--and that is the mystery to me.
CVSROOT cvslocks fortworth junkcvs
address@hidden dotcvs]$ pwd
/home/dotcvs
address@hidden dotcvs]$ ls -l
total 16
drwxrwxr-x 3 asquith cvsadmin 4096 May 31 13:00 CVSROOT
drwxrwxr-x 2 asquith txdotcvs 4096 May 31 12:55 cvslocks
drwxrwxr-x 2 asquith txdotcvs 4096 May 25 13:36 fortworth
drwxrwxrwx 2 asquith txdotcvs 4096 May 31 13:40 junkcvs
Also, how are my permissions above. Here is config. LockDir is
commented out for now.
# Set this to "no" if pserver shouldn't check system users/passwords
SystemAuth=yes
# Set `PreservePermissions' to `yes' to save file status information
# in the repository.
#PreservePermissions=no
# Set `TopLevelAdmin' to `yes' to create a CVS directory at the top
# level of the new working directory when using the `cvs checkout'
# command.
#TopLevelAdmin=no
# LockDir="/home/dotcvs/cvslocks"
