I have of course CVS functional on classic (ipv4) IP-addresses.
CVS doesn't recognize ipv6 hostname replies, so your advise is kind
of useless.

My question was about IPv6 support in CVS. If anybody is working on it, or
if it is even included in some devel release. If not, it was just a hint
for those, who want to enhance CVS to be up to date with the next
generation internet technology ;-)
