Just reimport it.  CVS will manage the merge for you.  Read the manual on
vendor branches and the import command: .

Read up on the '-W' option to the import command.

Probably not since the directory structure shouldn't change.  Hopefully
they wrote their Makefiles to handle a relocatable root.
