Small bug with module options.

The following happens with both the following versions:

Client: Concurrent Versions System (CVS) 1.11 (client/server)
Server: Concurrent Versions System (CVS) 1.11.1p1 (server)

I've got a project PROJ such as CVSROOT/modules contains:
PROJ -i /scripts/commited -t /scripts/rtagged PROJ

When I checkout  a specific version into a  specific directory, at the
end of a flawless checkout process, I get the following error message.

$ cvs checkout -r PJB-6_6_0_0-8 -d PROJ-PJB-6_6_0_0-8 PROJ
cvs server: Updating PROJ-PJB-6_6_0_0-8
....
U PROJ-PJB-6_6_0_0-8/tools/tools.c
cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot open PROJ/CVS/Checkin.prog: No such file or 
directory


It should be clear what the problem is (see my previous message titled
'Error in the doc C.1.6').
